The Annual RGS Alumni Golf Day is the opening event of the 2024 Old Elizabethans’ Reunion Weekend and promises to be a fun and social occasion with some super golf thrown in for good measure. 

Date: Friday 13 September 2024

8am : Registration along with coffee and bacon rolls

9.00am : Multi-tee start

1.30pm : Buffet Lunch and Prize Giving

2.30pm : Close

Cost : £50 (includes coffee and bacon roll on arrival, golf, BBQ and prizes)

Central to our thinking is that the day, with friendship in mind, should be based on team golf. We are therefore organising this year’s event as a ‘four ball alliance with the best two scores on each hole to count’ with a 90% handicap allowance up to a maximum of 28. We would therefore encourage you to pick up the phone to schoolfriends (and former teachers and RGS parents) and enter as a team of four. If this doesn’t work for you for whatever reason we will be happy to team up individual entrants and pairs so that no one misses out who wants to take part. There will also be an individual gross prize for the best gross Stableford score for those who wish to enter, along with a range of other prizes on the day.
