OEs Enjoy Professional Networking

One of the biggest benefits of being a part of the Old Elizabethan network is the continued support and “Family For Life” that being RGS alumni provides.

Professional networking is, without a doubt, hugely popular and beneficial for former pupils who benefit from us providing opportunities to meet with others in the OE community working in a similar profession. With this in mind, Scott and Sophie thoroughly enjoyed meeting again with OEs who work in Finance and Law, in London in March.

This was the third of such meetings for this sector and, as always, we were pleased to see familiar faces and to make new contacts too.

It was a pleasure to see attendees connecting, sharing insights, and collaborating, and to engage in so many conversations about the different experiences and professional pathways they have taken.

RGS Head of Careers, Audrey Williams, also joined; meeting the OEs who spanned such a variety of job roles, who in turn enjoyed hearing all about the thriving RGS Careers programme from which current pupils benefit. We were delighted that so many attendees expressed their support by offering to share their professional expertise with our pupils in the future.

Audrey, Scott and Sophie had to depart for the last train back to Worcester, however they left all the OEs happily continuing to network and connect. Thank you to everyone who joined, and we look forward to next time.
